The project was completed at the highest client’s satisfaction by supply and installation of duct unit heater, exhaust fans, supply and return grilles, diffusers and louvers; fabrication and installation of ductworks with all associated equipment including fire and volume dampers. All required thermostats with associated wiring were installed by Denair HVAC NYC in accordance of project mechanical specification. We provided air balancing, certified report and shop and as-built drawings.

In this residential building we supplied and installed ducted 4-tons split AC unit, providing the required ducts with associated grills and dampers. Furnished and installed refrigerant and condensate piping with condensate pump. We installed all necessary thermostats, detectors and control wiring. To finalize, we carried out system start-up to ensure the system is working at peak performance.
