Denair executed the full scope of mechanical work in this project, which involved: supplying and installation of ducted ceiling concealed and wall mounted AC units of 18,000 BTU each; fabrication and installation of supply and return ductwork; supply and installation of supply and return floor mounted diffusers with associated plenum boxes; supply and installation of drip pans with leak detectors, refrigerant and condensate piping, condensate pumps and thermostats with associated control wiring. The project was completed by Denair HVAC NYC in according to schedule.

Denair carried out the HVAC part of this sizable project. Denair performed demolition of the existing system first and provided brand new equipment, such as the AC units, exhaust fans grills, diffusers and louvers. We produced all the ductwork and installed according to the engineering requirements ensuring proper volume, backdraft, fire and motorized dampers operation. We provided all condensate and refrigerant piping and installed required thermostats and sensors with associated control wiring. By the end of the project, air test and balancing were carried out and certified report provided.

The project was completed at the highest client’s satisfaction by supply and installation of duct unit heater, exhaust fans, supply and return grilles, diffusers and louvers; fabrication and installation of ductworks with all associated equipment including fire and volume dampers. All required thermostats with associated wiring were installed by Denair HVAC NYC in accordance of project mechanical specification. Denair HVAC NYC fabricated and installed all new ductwork in accordance with project requirements. This renovation project required relocation of FCU units and existing condensate and condenser water S7R piping. Denair HVAC, also, produced and installed new ductworks and volume dampers. The mechanical part of the project involved removal and relocation of existing AC units, removal of associated piping and installation of new piping including refrigerant and condensing. Air balance was performed at the end of the project and certified report provided.

Small HVAC work was done to reclaim Freon 22 from existing mechanical unit.

Two floors were renovated in the building. Denair carried out HVAC part of the project. We furnished and installed new exhaust fans, grilles and diffusers as well as relocated the existing grills. Moinian Group building was a small project, which involved the following HVAC works. Three floors were renovated in the building. HVAC part of the renovation included: demolition of a part of the existing equipment, replacement of exhaust grills to new ones and connection them to existing ductworks, supply and installation of transfer grills and ceiling diffusers. Finally, we carried out air balancing and submitted certified report.

Small HVAC project on Washington street involved supply and installation of exhaust fan, louver and ductwork with back draft damper.

Renovation of the 5th floor in IMG building required demolition as specified and installation of new exhaust fans, radiators, ductwork and volume and fire dampers. By the end of the project, Denair HVAC NYC carried out air test and balancing and submitted certified report.

The residential project required installation of new air conditioning units, ductwork with associated accessories, cable operated damper. We provided all necessary mechanical piping, including chilled water S&R piping and condensate piping. Denair installed thermostats, wiring controls and drip pan with leak detector. The drawings, shop and as-built, were provided upon completion.

Lim College project required demolition of the existing equipment and installation of new: air conditioning units, electric reheat coils, exhaust fans, filter housings, etc. Ductwork was fabricated in our sheet metal shop in New York and installed with all associated accessories. Condensate piping and condenser water S&R piping was relocated. Thermostats, control wiring, detectors were installed as specified. Upon completion of the job, we carried out air balance and provided certified report along with mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawings.

This large project was successfully completed by Denair HVAC NYC at the most satisfaction of the client. The mechanical works involved: provision and installation of air handling and condensing AC units, cabinet unit heaters, EBH, humidifiers, exhaust fans, supply fans. Having our own sheet metal shop we fabricated ductwork, and installed including outdoor ductwork, acoustic panels, duct silencers, volume, able operated, fire/smoke and motorized dampers. Denair HVAC provided all necessary piping, including hot water, refrigerant and condensate piping with condensate pump. Humidistats, humidity sensors, air pressure switches, thermostats, control wiring leak and smoke detectors were installed in accordance with the project specifications.

This project was accomplished by Denair HVAC NYC in the shortest time. We furnished and installed two air curtains with door switches, exhaust fans, supply and returns grilles, diffusers as well as duct heaters, thermostats and drip pan with leak detectors. We also produced and installed stainless steel ductwork with all associated accessories and volume and draft back dampers. At the end of the project we performed system start-up and we kept the equipment under our maintenance for another year to make sure that HVAC system is working at peak performance efficiently.

(kitchen room) In this project Denair HVAC NYC performed wall penetration, furnished and installed through inline exhaust fan, new ductwork with associated grills.

This renovation project required demolition of a part of the existing equipment, relocation and installation of new equipment. Denair HAVC NYC arranged relocation of existing AC units, diffusers and thermostats. Provided new paintable ductwork with associated accessories, new volume dampers, new piping including refrigerant and condensate. Furnished and installed new thermostats control wiring. Upon completion, Denair carried out air balancing and provided certified report. Mechanical shop and as-built drawing were provided to the client.

Denair HVAC NYC performed demolition of the existing equipment and installed new AC units, electric heater coils, VAV boxes, exhaust fans. We furnished and installed control valves and steam traps for existing radiators. Fabrication and installation of ductwork, including aluminum, was required with all associated accessories. We installed volume, cable operated, fire and motorized dampers. Provided new refrigerant and condensate piping and DDC controls. Finally we performed air test and balancing with certified report. Shop drawing together with as-built drawings were submitted to the client.

(bathroom) In this project, Denair HVAC NYC removed existing grills, fire dampers and ductworks. Fabricated and installed new ductworks with all associated accessories, grills and fire dampers.

At this location, we supplied and installed 4-ton air conditioning unit, electric duct heater, exhaust fan, grilles, diffusers and louvers as specified. Fabricated and installed ductwork, branches and accessories. Furnished and installed dampers, piping including refrigerant and condensate as well thermostats and control wiring.

It was a small project to improve HVAC system of the building. We removed a part of existing duct and diffusers. Furnished and installed supply and return grills matching the existing. Fabricated and installed new ductwork to extend supply lines to new diffuser locations. Installed new diffusers and dampers as required by client. In the end, we performed air test and balancing providing certified report and submitted all shop and as-built drawings.

This residential project required new ductwork tied into existing unit. We fabricated and installed the duct together with diffusers, grills and dampers, providing all necessary hangers, connectors and transitions. Finally, we performed air balancing providing certified report.

The project was successfully completed by: supply and installation of air conditioning unit, exhaust fans and VAV boxes. Denair HVAC NYC also fabricated and installed ductwork and insulation as specified. In this residential building we supplied and installed ducted 4-tons split AC unit, providing the required ducts with associated grills and dampers. Denair won the bid on this project by offering more efficient solution to the equipment required. Based on our value engineering approach and experience, we suggested alternative equipment, which reduced construction costs and energy consumption for the users. We supplied and installed heat pumps, duct units, exhaust hood, air curtains and exhaust fans. For this project we fabricated ductworks, including spiral and kitchen and successfully installed as well as volume, blade, back draft, fire/smoke, motorized and air economizer auto dampers. We arranged the installation of walk-in cooler and freezer. Provided new piping, including condensate and condenser water S&R piping. We installed all necessary thermostats, sensors, detectors and control wiring. In the end of the project, we carried out air test and balancing providing certified report and all supporting documents such as shop and as-built drawings.

The project required demolition of the existing equipment and installation of new. Denair HVAC NYC removed and reinstalled existing AC unit, removed and installed new exhaust fan, duct, including duct support and insulation. Removed and installed new curbs for mechanical units. Also, we changed refrigerant piping, installed control wiring. Denair provided inspection of the HVAC system, performed start-up and air balancing with certified report.

During this project Denair HVAC NYC provided all necessary mechanical equipment and installed 5 ton condensing unit, 5 ton air handler, steam coil cut into supply air ductwork, ductwork connections, branches with grills, provided refrigeration piping and support as well as condensate drain piping, installed thermostats and drip pan with leak detector.

At the residence of Dutch Ambassador, Denair HVAC NYC furnished and installed Unit heater, return grills, thermostat and thermostat control wiring. We also installed ductwork fabricated from our end. Mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawing were submitted to the client.

Having satisfied customer at previous Smashburger location, Denair HVAC NYC won another Smashburger project. In Bronx, we furnished and installed all required HVAC equipment including make-up unit, exhaust fan and exhaust hood, performed air test and balancing and provided certified report.

At this location, Denair HVAC was asked to carry out inspection of the existing equipment including AC units, make up unit, kitchen fan, exhaust fans, refrigerant and condensate piping. After the inspection, we arranged demolition of the existing ductworks and installed new including flue ductwork, branches and accessories for water heater. Upon completion, we performed system start-up and air balancing with all supporting documentation.

In this project general contractor requested the following HVAC works: furnish and install HVAC equipment, ductwork and all diffusers, registers and thermostats, provide condensate and refrigerant piping, disconnect existing unused unit and tie new lines for FCUs, furnish and install pump and funnel drain for drain lines, provide FCUs with integral drain pans and leak detectors. Upon completion, we carried out air test and balancing providing certified report.

Denair HVAC performed demolition of existing ducts and grills, and installed brand new ductworks, supply and return grills and diffusers as well as volume and cable operated dampers. Air balancing was performed and associated certified report provided.

Denair was requested to do existing equipment inspection. In consequence of inspection, existing diffusers and thermostats were relocated and maintained. The cigar shop required sophisticated HVAC system to keep the required temperature and humidity. Denair HVAC NYC researched the most sophisticated equipment suitable for this delicate project. Based on this we installed AC units, SHN-20 unit, humidifiers, duct heaters and air curtains. Also, new radiators were provided and installed as well exhaust fans, grilles, diffusers and registers. We fabricated ductwork and installed it with all associated accessories. Refrigerant and condensate piping was provided as well as pressure steam lines. All required thermostats, humidistats, leak and smoke detectors were furnished and installed. We performed air balancing and provided certified report.

This project required mechanical package of air conditioning unit, new steam radiators, exhaust fans. We produced and installed ductwork inside and outside and all associated accessories. Volume, fire and motorized dampers were installed. All necessary piping was provided from our end, including refrigerant, condensate and LP steam piping. Required thermostats, leak and smoke detectors were furnished and installed as per client’s specifications. Air balancing was performed and supporting report was provided as well as shop and as-built drawings.

In this building the works were done in two floors 4th and 17th. Denair HVAC completed the project within the given time and budget. The job involved demolition of existing equipment and installation of AC units, duct heaters, exhaust fans. Inspection of existing radiators was carried out. Based on the inspection, the radiators were relocated. Denair HVAC NYC produced and installed ductwork, branches and accessories. Also, volume, fire, fire/smoke and motorized dampers were installed. Denair HVAC NYC furnished and installed 500 CFM exhaust fan with associated ductwork, supply and return grilles, diffusers and registers. Furnished and installed volume, cable operated, back draft and fire dampers and performed air balancing providing associated certified report.

This wasn’t a big HVAC project, which required installation of new radiators and relocation of the existing. The project was completed in shortest time with customer’s satisfaction.

Initially, the costs of the project were too high due to the equipment requested. However, Denair HVAC NYC performed value engineering and suggested the usage of another maker’s equipment. The costs went down significantly, but the project was completed on time.
